We hope that you may know about this. This is one of the simple and effective remedies for various oral complications like tooth decay, etc.

Take a cup of water and boil it for few minutes at moderate temperature. Then add a teaspoon of salt in it and stir it well. Swish your mouth with the mixture for a few minutes and spit it out.

Salt is efficient to neutralize the pH of our mouth by subsiding the acids and decrease the bacteria present in the mouth. This approach will minimize the pain in your gums.

2. Apply Teabags
Similar to preparing tea by soaking the teabags in hot water, drown a teabag in hot water for a few minutes. Then apply or massage the painful gums with it for at least five minutes.

If you have swelling gums, this approach will soothe the inflamed gums as well as reducing pain.
Tea powder is rich in astringent tannins. Hence you can prefer tea powder like green tea, black tea or other you like.

3. Lemon Juice
Citric acid present in lemon contains antimicrobial compounds which are powerful to kill the germs and other microbes exist in our mouth.

Take a teaspoon of lemon juice (without adding sugar) and mix it with a cup of warm water. Use this solution to rinse your mouth for 5 minutes. You can do this in morning and night before going to bed.
